It's difficult to judge quality of the work done since it was a preventative furnace call. It hasn't stood the test of time and the furnace looks the same from the outside! I can only assume that he did a good job. He was very personable and did a great job of highlighting a possible future problem with the system as well as giving other options for future work. It's difficult making a comment about value for the money when the other 2 pros didn't respond with details on price and what their services entail. James was quick to respond and gave great details by email. In the end I felt good giving him our money for the service.
