We were upfront about existing structural issues in our bathroom, and the sales rep assured us they would work around them. Instead, the crew cut the supporting studs to access a basement wall (without telling us before he did), causing the bathroom floor to sink an inch and detach from the walls. Despite the floor being physically unsafe to walk on, the company claims this is merely "cosmetic damage" and refuses to cover the repairs. They have zero internal communication and will blame you for their own failures. Do not trust them with your home.

We had foundation repair done recently in bitter cold weather. Joe Autry, Larry Robinson, Dante' Gladden and William Lawrence worked continuously to get the job done before the snowstorm hit. These guys were unbelievable; they had to hand dig our property to get the job done. We are so impressed by their workmanship, work ethics and dedication to ensuring the job was done correctly.

I hired JES to install a trench and sump system into the basement of a new house I purchased. After the job was completed, I noticed the cellar stairwell was pooling water. They returned and said that they didn't think that the drain was run direct to the sump as it should have been but they needed to open the concrete to verify. I also asked why there was no water in the sumps. They ran tests with water for 2 hours and didn't see water and tried to explain to me that it was expected since the water was running out around the drainage under the foundation. They even had a supervisor try to explain to me over the phone when I questioned it. It took them several weeks to return to fix the cellar drain and sure enough, the pipe was just run to under the foundation and not directed into the trench/sump. A repair team came out and busted up the concrete to correct it. In doing so, they saw that their trench was also not connected to the sumps at all, which is why I never saw water in the sumps and not the mysterious theory they tried to convince me of weeks prior. This is terrible that there is no inspection of work prior to covering it totally with concrete. Or further, there was no physical test of running water in the system to verify the sump works. The repair team that came out were wonderful and did everything correct. After this, I called 3 times and asked for a manager to call me to discuss this and never received a response. The salesman stopped answering my calls. As a note, after spending $30K on this upgrade to my house, it was in worse risk than prior to JES so if you choose them, be careful.

They were recommended to me. Was honest with estimate. Told me everything that was going happen. Performed work in timely fashion. Would definitely recommend again

Shortly after they left, it rained, and sure enough, water poured into my electrical room and all over the freshly poured concrete. I called Friday night, sent an email and text with videos, and called today 3 times. Each time the “production manager” is “busy.” Before this, they were perfectly capable of blowing up my phone to see if I could schedule sooner. JES is seriously lacking in work planning and professionalism.

We had a tremendous experience with JES Foundation Repair. Chad was the Certified Inspector, and the work crew was Mike Boines, Corey Griffin and Deontae Jackson. The initial inspection and estimate was thoroughly explained, all appointments were on time and every step in the process was discussed. All discussions were very professional. Foundation repair and sidewalk "lifting" were all completed with satisfaction.

First class in every way. Our special thanks to Foreman Rob, Dante M, Corey G, Brandon C., and Justin. They were very courteous and professional in every way. All projects were nicely done, completed as planned, and clean up was complete. Rob, Dante, Corey, Brandon, and Justin are outstanding representatives of JES and do great work!

The work was not completed to my satisfaction. The first worker sent out was very inexperienced and couldn’t complete the job as promised during my consultation. Another person had to come to finish the work. Additionally, the step had to be redone because it was uneven, and they used two different colors of cement. While I was okay with the original work not matching the existing concrete, my steps now have three different colors. The work is not seamless, the crack repairs were poorly done, and the foam used to raise the steps was left visible on the outside. Initially, the manager listened to my concerns, but when all the corrections were not completed, I never heard back. Instead, I was simply sent a payment link. This entire experience has been disappointing.

Couldnt be happier with the project quality and communication from the workers on sight. The crawl space encapsulation looked very meticulously combed over and done with care and skill, the drain lines dug outside were also done with superb quality but the highlight of the project was without a doubt the workers. Reed Norvell, Charles Simmons, and Darin Harris were incredible workers that were extremely polite and transparent about the state of the job as they relayed regular updates. They were all hospitable, and great at making sure we actively understood what was going on every step of the way not to mention how pleasent and enjoyable they were to talk to. Even with a project this vital and expensive its really the quality of the people and how much you can tell they are putting in that make it a great job and these three workers were truly great, really could not ask for more.

Reed, Darin, and Charles all did outstanding work on our crawlspace and outside drains. They were super personable and kept us informed the whole way. Everything was done above and beyond. They all three deserve a raise and a big Christmas bonus. People like them keep the positive name for JES. Thanks so much Reed, Darin and Charles!!

The JES team of Antione G, Troy G, and Gerald P. did an outstanding job of making sure my nearly 100 year old basement will never flood again. They were diligent. And LOUDâ ¦ not their fault because jackhammers are loud. They answered all my questions and cleaned up their work area. Plus, and I believe this is really important, they were really nice and friendly. Work hard, do a good job, be kind. They did all that. Thank you so much!

They assured me this would be a simple one-day project. The project, scheduled for July 15th, quickly spiraled into a mess due to issues with two water lines that had been discussed with the engineer who came to my home. When the plumber arrived, instead of focusing on the task at hand, he thought it was appropriate to flash his concealed firearm and share his political views, including his opinions on LGBTQ+ matters. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling. After the water lines were moved—once by the plumber they sent and four more times by myself over a two-week period—I informed JES that everything was ready. They scheduled the completion for August 9th, but that day came and went with no call and no show. When I called to ask what happened, I was told they had never put the job on the schedule. After following up, they rescheduled for the 15th, only to call me a few days later asking to come on the 14th instead. I agreed on the condition that the project be completed that day, and they assured me it would be. On the morning of the 14th, I received a text at 7:34 AM saying the crew was on the way, followed by a call from the foreman at 7:35 AM stating they couldn’t make it and would come tomorrow instead. I am beyond frustrated with JES Foundation Repair. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespect for my time have made this a truly unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend their services and strongly advise others to consider alternatives.

David Trevor our Foreman and James our installer did an excellent job. They were diligent and hard working under very hot conditions.
