Service Tech Brandon H cae for my yearly inspection of the wall braces and sump pump. Brandon was ever the orofessional as we reviewed my covered services and explained some other options for me to consider for the future. The braces were fine, the in checking the sump pump, we found it needed to be replaced. Brandon thoroughly explained the situation and replaced my sump pump in timely fashion. It was a pleasure meeting and engaging with him.

Jeswork was really great. The construction engineer took photos of my crawlspace and explained in detail their recommendations and the cost and financing. The work team was excellent and explained what they did each day and showed pictures. They found termites and got in contact with a pest contractor before the encapsulation when my termite contractor failed to come and treat the termites.

Worst experience ever. Unresponsive, unwilling to complete the work, no communication among the different teams which came to the house to do the work, lying every time I talked with person who gave me the estimate and signed the contract with, lying by a supervisor, and more ? Horrible company.

JES was very professional and easy to work with from the beginning to the end of our basement project. Eric was very knowledgeable, and exceedingly helpful in answering our questions and making us feel comfortable with the choices we made. The crew that did the work were quick, clean, and extremely efficient. We were very happy with everything they did!

The contractors from JES Foundation Repair did outstanding work on my project. The worked that was to be performed .was explained step by step. It was explained so I understood what was to be done. I was also given instructions as to what to do if a problem occurred after job completion. I was very proud of their work ethics and great attitude.

We are very happy with the work that JES did for us. We appreciate the return visit by JES to make our walls look a bit more finished and uniform. We wish we had called JES years ago!

After having a horrible experience with Andre and filing a complaint with the GM for the area, results still remain to be seen. So professionalism is non-existent and follow-thru still hasn't happened. The word of the GM, contractor supv as well as the actual contractors/engineers are garbage. Character by way of integrity and keeping their word is definitely not available with this company. Don't believe anything they say.

The work date was not well documented, but the execution was excellent. Three areas were lifted. Front porch was lifted by a whole brick row. Garage floor was lifted to close cracks. Back patio was lifted to direct the flow of rain water away from the house foundation.

The JES team handled everything and completed the job a week earlier than expected. True professionals who reengineered the project when they needed and still kept the project at cost —doing it right was more important than the profit margin. Highly recommended.

Our inspector, Mike Mele, was wonderful. From start to finish, he not only was very professional and polite, but he did an amazing job of telling us our problems (pretty major) without fear mongering us into upsales. He told us our problem, recommended a solution, gave us a very reasonable price to said solution, and then constructed us a payment plan process that won't hurt our pockets and will ease our stress. Thank you so so much! Im freaking amazed and grateful as hell.

We had JES encapsulate our crawl space about 8 years ago and have had annual inspections each year. Andre Williams came to do the annual inspection this week and we told him that we had been having a lot of flies in the house. Andre quickly identified the problem. Andre was extremely knowledgeable and explained in great detail what was causing the problem and how It could be solved. We were very impressed. Andre will be supervising the work that JES will be doing.

JES Foundation contracts all their electrical work out to Root Electric. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. I highly recommend Root Electric and JES Foundation to anyone who needs their expertise.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jay Hyman, came right out and identified the problem. He told me what my options were, and how much everything would cost. A date and time was scheduled for the work to be done. Abdoul and his team came out on the scheduled date and time and did a great job. They were very polite, friendly, and professional. Abdoul welcomed questions and was very knowledgeable. They also cleaned up very well afterwards. I would highly recommend JES Foundation to anyone who needs this type of work done.

Very professional

JES hooked us up. We had some complications with foundation repair and waterproofing with the way our basement/stairs were oriented, but Rafael Garcia, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza went above and beyond working around our stairs and getting the job done. What could have been an expensive workaround and follow up job was skillfully averted saving us a lot of heartache and money. I was at away for most of the job, but Jose and Rafael were great about communicating the progress and work to be done. These guys were great -- would definitely recommend!!

My Wife and I met Howard Glancy in May 0f 2024. We had inquired about JES doing Foundation Repair work on our home. He spent 4 hours talking and showing us the work which would need to be done. He was so thorough with his presentation and proposal that we knew JES Foundation Repair was the RIGHT organization for us. The foundation repair work commenced on October 21, 2024. The Foreman (Jaime still and his Team (Angel Molina and Erick Morales) were very efficient and professional. “The Best” is not strong enough to describe them. The completed the work October 22, 2024. They were SUPERB! I highly recommend their services to any homeowner in need of foundation repair!

Mike from JES just finished our annual inspection. Great guy, great company.

JES serviced my walkway with filling the voids underneath it with a form. It looked great at first but then about a week later, I noticed that there was a big gaping hole in the area that was supposed to be filled with the form. I tried getting JES back out to take a look at it but it was hard to get anything scheduled, but when I did, they didn't show up and a guy called me at a later time/day, stating that their equipment broke down and they will have to call me back to reschedule. It's been around 3 weeks as of 29 Oct and I have yet to hear back from JES. I have on several occasions reached out to the guy that did the inspection and an area supervisor or whatever his title is but these guys are not very responsive since getting my business. When they wanted my business, they were blowing up my text/phone. It appears that once they got your business, they don't care about you after that. That's not good business practice nor how you do folks if you want them to come back to you for more business.

Everybody we've worked with from JES has been respectful of our property and has completed their work thoroughly and honestly, with solid workmanship. I'm impressed every year by the technicians who come to check-in on both the mechanical (sump pump) and structural work that they completed in the initial job. Our technician Mike was thorough and patient in describing the status of our repairs and our options.
