Outstanding service. I bought a home with a washer/dryer and the washer didn't work. Because my w/d are not new I asked him to check out my dryer as well. Jesse diagnosed my washer problem and ordered the part right away. It was available the next day and he returned to install it. He lubricated the bearings on my dryer. He cleaned both units, reassembled everything and put it back in place. Great communication also.

I would definitely recommend Jesse polk he is an amazing property maintenance specialist and came out on his day off to help me fix my dryer. I was in desperate need of getting this fixed as soon as possible. As soon as he got the part my dryer was fixed, I really appreciate the time and dedication he had to helping me. Would definitely recommend. ?

I have used Jesse twice now, once for dryer repair and recently again for washing machine repair. His work is excellent, efficient, professional, and priced fairly. Communication and coordination of appointments also very easy and timely, something this single mom appreciates greatly! Jess began helping me with my washing machine issue right over the phone while we were setting up a repair appointment. He explained a temporary fix that I could use until he could come to my house the next day. He arrived on time, quickly determined what was necessary to repair the washer, ordered the part, went and picked it up, came back and repaired my machine. He exceeded my expectations!
