Horrible quality and service. They repaired part of a 50 year old fence, which FELL DOWN during the first rainstorm 2 months later. Their repair fell down, not the old fence! When I contacted for a supposed "2 year warranty," I was told that the repair of a repair work could not be done "due to personal reasons." I have tried to contact them numerous times to fix their shoddy work, but they refuse to respond. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional..

Joe was very honest. He fixed my pleated shade but reported that it would be much cheaper for me to take the other blind over to the store where I bought it and just have them redo the slats. That's real honesty. He could have charged me $75 but instead told me the store would do it for $25. Service was great!
