Peachy Cleaning

They were good cleaners, but did not bring a mop. Lots of floor space to clean. Very hard to clean the floor without one.

Forgot to clean the refrigerator... Also didn't clean some walls that he said he would. My husband and to go and clean the house after. A huge hassle...

They did a great job- the gentleman was very warm, friendly and paid attention to detail.

She did a really good job her customer service was great and I would recommend her to a anybody.

The experience of setting up the cleaning was very convenient and the owner was very eager to satisfy and meet all of my needs. She was very willing to help. The guys who came out to clean did not seem professional. The rate given over the phone was not what i was charged at the end. After they were finished i looked over it and had to ask for multiple spots to be re cleaned a couple times on some. Once finished I was getting rid of some household goods and food. They willingly took these items for themselves but because of this could not take the trash from their cleaning. Unprofessional

Wonderful people who called immediately and were able to squeeze me in when I was in a pinch. I used them for a military move out clean and inspection which went perfectly. They did above and beyond what I initially expected and were wonderfully courteous. I fully intend on using them again when I move out of our current house.

Very good customer service

They were flexible with the scheduling and did what they could in a short amount of time. All that I had hoped would be accomplished was not as they spent some time on things that weren't important to me, but I would consider using them again and explaining things more clearly next time.

WOW what a job!! A cleaning company that cleans and not just wipes down surface! Was very please with crew. Owner of company was on job and cleaned ALL our floors and hands and knees to assure edges and corners and base boards were clean. Very please with job. Would love to hire Jet Cleaning again for holiday cleaning and have set a date to rehire them for cleaning prior to wedding.

Very nice people. Won't know exactly how streakless the windows are until we get some sun, but it looks like a good job. Will probably hire them again.

never showed up at the agreed upon time, sometimes not at all. The quality of the work was good, however this job took much longer to complete than it should have.

I received a prompt response to my online inquiry. Management made a special trip to my home to assess the job. Due to a recent re-roofing we had personal items in the attic covered in debris including masonry from the chimmney removal. It was a mess. The crew that came to the house were courteous and very hard workers. I would have given the J.E.T. a 5-star rating on customer service but the crew did not arrive until after 10:30 am. I had specifically requested an early start time.
