So friendly and got the job done perfectly! Really great price compared to other companies and good value too. They came to my house right on time, packed up the entire house in less than 3 hours, and then unpacked at our new house in just 1!

I had an oversized delivery that the original transport company only offered curbside delivery. Contacted JETS and the crew got out to me the very next day. Delivered the oversized freight and installed it exactly where we wanted it in the home. Great service!

I was very happy initially with the customer service I received from the company. They were quick to get back to me with a quote of $2,500 for our entire move, including packing, all packing materials and the actual move itself. After receiving the quote, I advised that I would think about it and let them know as I was getting quotes from other companies. I received a call back from Justin and was told that they would complete our entire move as discussed previously for $2,000 max. If it took less time, they would go with the lesser amount but it would not exceed $2,000. After discussing with my husband, we decided to go with Jets for our move. They were quick and efficient and handled the move well. After the move was complete, they collected the money for the move from my husband as I was not home. They charged my husband $2,500 instead of the quoted amount. I quickly called when I realized that they over charged us and spoke with Justin. He referred me to Wayne who took days to call me back. When he did, he advised that he had no knowledge of Justin making the $2,000 deal with me and that the contract he had showed the original amount. The fact of the matter is, they never sent an updated contract, nor did they ever secure the deposit (proof that they never sent updated contract) for the move. This is obviously my fault for not following up on the updated contract but I thought I was dealing with professionals. I thought for sure they would correct their mistake and make things right for good customer service, but I was wrong. I would have recommended this company before but based on their lack of integrity and obvious dis-concern for customer service, I would NOT recommend anyone use this service. If you do, make sure you get every detail in writing because they WILL NOT honor their word, that is clear. They could have rectified this issue with a simple $500 refund but they refused to do the right thing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Fast, efficient and cheerful even while moving two heavy couches. Couldn't be happier. All I had done was moving the couches but I would hire them in a heartbeat if I ever move out of this house.

Justin offers reasonable rates and delivers quality service. I would have not problem using JET or recommending them to friends and relatives.
