They came to the house and spent 1 hour taking apart my ice maker, only to determine they had the wrong part. They said they would return in a week with the new part. Never called. Never returned. I called 3 times to follow up and no one answered or returned my calls or voicemails. Waste of my time. The only good thing, I paid nothing.

Came quickly and the service was excellent.

Jorge's service was quick and courteous.

Hired Jorge to install a new garbage disposal. I liked that he didn't care where I bought it from. I bought it off Amazon for a great price. Scheduling was quick and easy. However, Jorge missed an important installation step. The inlet for the drain from the dishwasher is plugged from the factory, in case a dishwasher will not be installed. We do have a dishwasher, and Jorge forget to remove the drain plug in the garbage disposal. We ran the dishwasher, and the waste water had no where to go. Hopefully we did not damage the dishwasher. I fixed the garbage disposal myself by removing the drain plug.

Don't use them. Not trust worthy.

Great company. Called and left a message and they returned my call very quickly. It was late in the day but still sent a service repair man (George) to look ate the fridge. He knew right away what was wrong with it. Showed me the broken part. Said he could not come the next day but would be back the following day with the part. He was and in less than 10 minutes it was fixed. George was a nice efficient service man. Price was great. Did not try to gauge you with an exorbitant service call fee. Would strongly recommend them to anyone..... Thanks to you all.... Freya

very responsive to my questions, tech showed up as expected and explained exactly what he was doing, and then double checked to make certain work was complete and that I was satisfied with his work. Very outstanding, only wished I called first, before calling the so called save your money company. Thank you very very much and will be calling again in future when need arises and recommending to all my real estate customers.

It was a quick trip. He was cleaning out my dryer vent. He was very informative. Charge was acceptable.

Very responsiveness and caring team. Once the problem was described they suggested they check to see if they have the part that might fix the issue before sending tech out for efficiency. It was the part and he fixed it on first visit.

I would never use them. Jorge was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. He didn't arrive until 2:00 p.m. I called to check and when he arrived he said Home Advisors should not put a time of arrival on web site. After looking with a light and opening the ice maker door, which was covered with ice, he removed the gasket, warmed it up and replaced it. He then said the door was warped and allowed heat in and cold out. I would need to order a whole new refrigerator door for $500! I paid $125 for nothing. Sears tech just left and found the water dispenser nozzle to the unit was out of adjustment. Repaired it in 30 minutes..

Jorge was very knowledgeable. He fixed my dishwasher and even clean the floor. He made sure the job was done correctly and stayed while the machine ran through a cycle. The price was reasonable.

He didn't follow through with what he promised. I believe he may have been the cause of the 2nd time we had to call him out. I feel he was not trustworthy to do what he promised to do.

Took longer than expected and poor value for money.

When I called for an appointment, I was quoted $89. The problem with our fridge was that the ice maker is not working and the doors needed to be adjusted. Jorge adjusted the doors but while doing so he lowered the fridge so much that you can no longer move it our with out scrapping the tile floor. Also nothing was done to repair the ice maker. To make matters worse he then charged us $140 for a simple door adjustment. Will never use or recommend. Be careful.
