They did an excellent job resealing and restriping my HOA's playground parking lot. The price was very fair and the parking lot looks so much better. They even were considerate enough to add some basic markings for our basketball hoop. Defiantly will use them again when we need to do another coat.

Juan and his company were extremely efficient and timely. He was always quick to respond, had his team on time. They worked very hard to get our job done before the rain set in. Very impressed. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

We had our driveway redone with all new gravel and resurfacing, and I am so happy with the job Juan and his crew did. We have a large driveway but they got it finished all on one day. Very professional crew, Juan sent videos and photos of progress throughout the day. The gravel that was used is not as varying in color or type variety as what we did have before (57 stone was used which is standard typical for residential driveways), but there's much more uniformity in the driveway now and no weeds anymore and it's a nice sea of blue stone. Would recommend Juan and JF Asphalt to anyone.

We hired them to do a professional job, however picture will show otherwise. We regret hiring them, they did a terrible job on my driveway. Im a double amputee and it is worse than before having it paved. Do not hire them get other estimates first.

I hired JF Asphalt (Juan Peron) to dig out roots and patch my asphalt driveway, crack fill and seal coat my whole driveway. They did the job in two days and I highly recommend them.
