I had high hopes when I hired Jerry of JF Custom Creations for my kitchen, but unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive. 1. Lack of Responsiveness: I reached out to Jerry with several questions and concerns, but it seemed like I was talking to a brick wall. His lack of responsiveness during and after the process made it incredibly frustrating to communicate. His MO is to ghost you until he needs more money. He only shows up for a day or two so he can ask for more money for the project. 2. Punctuality Issues: Timeliness was a significant problem throughout the project. I had a house leak at the beginning of the project that delayed the start of the project for 5 months, but after that it took him 1.5 YEARS to finish my kitchen. His installer told me that Jerry overbooks himself with too many projects and that is one of the reasons he cannot finish a project timely. Delays and no-shows seemed to be the norm rather than the exception. 3. Poor Quality Work: When the project was finally completed, I was shocked by the poor quality of the work. The cabinets look good from a distance, but there are flaws everywhere and it was clear that craftsmanship was lacking. Cabinets and drawers are made from plywood, which are glued, and stapled together. No solid wood or dovetailing. From the day of installation, I had drawers that did not open all the way, paint chipping and various items that needed to be addressed. This is not what I expected or paid for. 4. Lack of Accountability: What's even more disappointing is that Jerry showed no willingness to address or rectify the issues. He doesnâ t stand by his work, which is a fundamental expectation when hiring a professional. My experience with Jerry was a costly and frustrating one. I would strongly advise against using his services. There are plenty of other reputable cabinet makers out there who can provide the quality, responsiveness, and punctuality that this one lacks.

They were quick, professional and does a pretty good job.

Excellent service, price, and turn around time is unparalleled to any other company I've worked with in Fort Lauderdale, or the US for that matter! A sleepy shop in Fort Lauderdale owned by Jerry who is truly talented, his craftsmanship is unlike no other, I will be referring him to my construction friends, and to anyone and everyone I know that could use his skills.

They provided great quality work and they were very professional! The work that he has done for me is outstanding! I would highly recommend him.
