Juan called me right away, advised that he was already in the area and could come by to repair our fence. Within a few hours after completing another job, he came over, fixed the fence, cleaned up the area, and was gone. We were so impressed, we're having him give us an estimate for a commercial job for us.

Juan was very helpful, and did a very good job with the powerwash.

Other places wanted to charge 300-400. He repaired gate for 100.

Juan came within an hour to do an estimate on the fence. I could tell right away he wanted to help us to get the lowest price to fix our fence. We had many estimates before his and they all tried to replace the very expensive boards. We decided to go with him because he seemed very trustworthy. We set up a date and he and his worker worked all day in the blistering heat. We are very happy with our fence and would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest estimate.

Juan did excellent work, the guy he hired did slightly less than superior work, but Juan did respond to correct what he could.

Did a poor job with my gate repair. Had to call a few times to get him to return, but gate was never repaired correctly to allow the latch to slide in and out of the post. Wound up just doing it myself.

The project included repairing, power washing and sealing a very old fence. Due to the age of the fence, there were many areas in need of repair. JFD Fence did a great job of power washing. However, the repair to an old fence and sealing were marginally acceptable. Workmanship was inferior. Materials used were not the same size as existing pickets and many adjustments had to be made. I had to bring several areas to their attention for additional work. I felt that the owner, Juan, was looking for the cheapest, easiest repair not the most attractive or skillful. The sealer was poorly applied with many areas missed and large area of drips. It was a constant battle to have the job meet even a minimal level of acceptance.

They did an outstanding job of power washing at a reasonable price.

These guys are very flexible, and did a great job. They were efficient.

I was so happy with the repairs. Juan explained what he was going to do, and which parts needed the soonest repairs. I am having him back to do more in a few months. His prices were very reasonable. He is an honest contractor, a gem these days.

My gate in a wood fence needed repair or replacement. The contractor was contacted and we set a time for him to see the job. He was timely, friendly, and gave me a reasonable estimate for the replacement of the gate. He said he would buy the material the next day and the day after he would come to do the work. He said he would start the job around 9am. On the day the work was to be done at 9:40 he had not arrived, so I called and he stated that he was not coming but his crew was on the way.. I told him I did not know his crew since he came alone. He said he had another job and could not come. After my pressing the issue, he said he would come but seemed indefinite about the time. I became concerned that I would be waiting, and waiting but he would not show. I said if he could not get to my home within the next 15 mins., that the job was cancelled. That would be about 10:20 am He got offended and said that he lots of jobs and was busy and it was okay to cancel the job. He left with me God Bless me, and that was that.
