Jimmy and his crew removed our old bathroom floor title and repaired the shower tiles. The new tile looks great. From start to finish JF Masonry met our expectations. We will hire them again if we need masonry projects to be done in the future.

This company was the best. Jamming did an outstanding job. He communicated with me the entire time so I got exactly what I wanted. Itâ s so nice to have a new bathroom. We thought he did such a great job, weâ ve hired him to remodel our kitchen, and do our cement work and porch. Great job Jimmy and crew.

We had a lot of problems with this job and the overall work. The previous subflooring was taken out but was more work than expected. This took more time which wasnt a problem for us but you would expect normal work days to try and make up for this. Instead they would work a 830 to 2 or maybe 3 PM day in the beginning. Working until 5 or 6 would have made a difference and shortened this job down a considerable amount. The main issue from the demo work was one of the workers put a hole in the wall and didnt say anything. Accidents happen but you have to let people know. This was fixed but also meant we had to do paint work. The next big issue we had here was that Jimmy wasnt experienced with the tile that we chose. We overheard him say hes never worked with the long tiles before. If your not comfortable with the work, dont take the job or be up front about it. There is a lot of lippage and also a few hollow spots already and were 2 months from when the work was completed. The workers also didnt know how to use the grout we bought. They made the assumption that it is like all the rest. It is not as its fast setting with epoxy but is not a special order grout. You can get it from Lowes. Another major issue was that when they were laying backer board down, they were cutting in the garage which again, is not an issue. But they didnt close the door so the ENTIRE house had the dust from the backer board. Stuff that you should be wearing a mask for is now everywhere in my house. Not just a light dusting. Thick enough to cover a fingertip and not see your skin. They also made an absolute mess in the garage with dust and mortar splashed on toys and other things in the garage. A little plastic being put down to cover things in the garage would have gone a long way. I also had to tear out the vanity because we planned to save it and be reinstalled. It was initially planned to be part of the demo work but I was told that I had to remove it if I didnt want it damaged. We were told one thing but something different was done. Jimmy s temper was also at times very concerning and hostile when we suggested certain things. We offered to do the grout because they didnt seem knowledgeable or willing to even read the bag with the instructions. Jimmy refused and said he had faith in his guys. I shouldnt of listened as the grout is low in some spots and it should not be. We have rectified tile for the floor which means grout should be even with the tile, not a quarter inch low of the tile. If your doing a home depot job with 12x12 tiles, these guys might work for you but dont expect stellar results or your home to be respected. Not bad people but not very much common sense used throughout this job. Disappointing to when you spend a lot of money on really nice tile to get subpar results.

Jimmy provided a quote for both our small "master bath" and to redo our original 80s brick fireplace with stone. Shortly thereafter my husband changed the scope of the project, involving much more work and basically doubling the time needed to do the fireplace. Jimmy was able to adjust to the change, and even brought in a carpenter to do the new work we wanted done that was beyond the stonework. In the bathroom, we had chosen tile that required multiple different sized pieces and it never occurred to me that this needed to be taken into consideration when quoting, as it required more time than was originally estimated. But, again, Jimmy worked with it. The end result is beautiful and we couldn't be happier! The stone fireplace completely changed the look of our family room and while we still haven't finished our bathroom (waiting on husband to install the rest of the stuff), the tile looks wonderful :)

Hard workers, punctual, but I was disappointed with uneven tiles.

Very professional and courteous. Jimmy and Jeff answered all of my questions and provided alternative solutions to the problems caused by other installer. The work is excellent! We love the outcome of their work and how our bathroom looks! They tiled the shower and floors.
