They reolaced our chimney for our coal burning stove. They were clean, efficient and had the job done in a day! Higjly recommended!

He is extremely unreliable. I thought he did a good job on our chimneys last summer, but now we have found out that he did not even finish the work.

They did a great job repairing my chimney. It was damaged in the last heavy snow storm. Huge tree limbs tore off the top of the chimney. They also cleaned away old broken chimney pieces.

Cleaned the chimney and didn't create a mess! Thumbs up on that. Much better than I could have done in a lot less time therefore money well spent!

Joe and Drew from J.F.Messina Masonry Builders did exceptional work building my masonry Fireplace. The job initially consisted of removing the pellet stove and opening up the wall to use the existing Heatilator that the previous owner of our home used brick to cover so that he would be able to use a wood burner. When joe and Drew opened up the wall 13,000 pounds of cracked brick old sewer pipe and block used as fill from other jobs just fell out of my wall and onto the floor not to mention the rusted out completely Heatilator that was in the wall. So not only did they have to rebuild the chimney from the ground up but also rebuild the complete Fireplace. The price was very very reasonable. Beautiful finished product. Thanks joe and Drew. Mr. Messina did an outstanding job. He was professional and a true artist.

Initially we had a wood burning stove and wanted a fireplace. He opened the wall and after the inspection he noticed 13 thousand pounds of cracked sewer lines pipe and broken concrete blocks and bricks used as fill. He took everything in stride and was extremely reasonable. We have a beautiful fireplace now. He even helped with rebuilding the chimney and relining everything.

Joe was a professional and the service was top notch.

Very professional matter of fact no nonsense guy. Does not pull any punches. Tells you want you need to do and does it. Does not rush the job. Further more you do not have to stand there and make sure he does his job, you can just tell right from the start hes going to do what is in your best interest. I already told him to come back once a year and clean the chimney and inspect it. I don't care what he charges.
