Expert, very knowledgeable, gave pointers on why a new machine would be the better option than trying to obtain old parts that might not even be available or work for my washing machine which is 15 years or older. Resourceful. The problem: the microwave located over the oven would not securely close. The cause: he discovered that a small piece of plastic had broken off. The solution: he improvised a workaround that saved me hundreds of collars, the cost of either procuring a replacement door or buying a new microwave.

Our dryer was making a loud noise so we hired the JGC repair service to fixed our electric dryer. The guys were very punctual and diagnosed and fixed the electrical problem in less than 20 minutes. They were very customer oriented as well as knowledgeable and I would recommend the company to friends and family members.
