Ronald and his team did an amazing job in all aspects of the project. They demolished an old fountain/koi pond, evened and resurfaced the cement deck, making in like it was never there. We had very old, dried out wood siding along the entirety of the back of our house and around the attached shed removed. We had hardy board hung on the patio and shed, and the rest of the house stuccoed in place of the wood. Finally, they painted the house, which turned out great. Everything was done with precision and care. Each day, they cleared debris, swept and tidied up and left a clean work area. I am so happy with how it all turned out. There was so much to take into consideration with our mid-century house. They were able to take all of that on and really went above and beyond. I would hire them again and I do absolutely recommend them.

Roger and his team showed up early 8am and worked all day until, dark at 5:30PM. He is knowledgeable about the proper way to fix and repair the siding that had some water damage. His price was fair and reasonable. I would hire him again.

Roger responded to my project request on Homeadvisor. He arrived at my home an hour later to look at the siding project and give me an estimate. Work began 2 days later, bright and early! (This was shocking because we'd had so many other companies out that either bid super high, didn't show up to work once scheduled or decided not to give a quote.) Roger is a quiet guy with a solid work ethic. He knew what the job needed and he simply did it without worrying me about the details. He's very honest also, as he could have easily told me there was other stuff that needed to be done and I would not have known if it was truly needed or not. He didn't take advantage of that and instead, went the extra mile to make sure my siding looked really nice and trimmed out when he was done. He and his assistant also were extremely tidy and cleaned up all the debris and even swept up the sawdust from my patio. I would absolutely recommend him and we will use him again on future projects without any hesitation.

Gave me an estimated on Sunday and came out Tuesday and completed the job in one day. I had water damaged wood replaced with hardie board. Did a great cleanup job before they left. I would definitely recommend them.
