Notes: Quote indicated is for Travel and Equipment Diagnosis. All attempts will be made to repair equipment within this initial visit. If parts or additional time is needed a Repair Estimate will be issued. If the issued estimate is accepted and approved, this initial Diagnosis cost will be credited to Approved Repair Estimate. JGF responded within minutes of my requesting a quote. They luckily had a tech nearby, who got to us withing 30 min. Their visit fee is 126.98, and they have a max of $350 before recommending a new purchase. Unfortunately, my case required a new washer. I appreciated their honesty and promptness.

Honest, professional and accommodating. Based on my description of the problem, they came with the parts needed to fix the problem. I was using my dryer in less then 2 hours after they arrived. I would highly recommend JGF Smart Homes.

They contacted me quickly and set up an appointment for that night. Our washer was broken and we need it fixed. The tech came at the specified time and worked to diagnose and correct the problem. He replaced the drain pump and the washer is now working again. The tech was very nice and respectful. Overall a great experience.
