I?m a disabled veteran who hired them to do the inventory for my house when we had a bad fire. They tell you everything you want to hear to give you the warm fuzzy feeling and then they start the job and change what they say they are going to do and never tell you. Then when you try to call and get updates no one calls back. They continue to lie over and over and try to blame everything on the insurance company even though my insurance was more than willing to pay for their services. Because of there actions everything is going to get delayed even longer and my family is the one affected not them or their families. They aren?t even professional enough to admit when they were wrong and dropped the ball. They just circle talk around it and tell more lies. Just disgusting human beings. Oh but if you want to learn how to claim insurance fraud then these are the people you want to hire even my insurance tells me if you do what Leslie told me to do you will definitely get caught. It wasn?t

They were polite and professional

All around terrible experience. Top quality construction was replaced by very low quality materials, many of which are already deteriorating. Exterior walls of the bathrooms that were replaced are now sweating when the shower is run. This has caused the replacement cheap baseboard hot water heater to rust. Doors to one bathroom and a bedroom were removed and reinstalled wrong and damaged to make them close in cold weather. They will not close in warm weather. JG refused to honor their warranty that expired in April. Many more issues. I was approached by the salesman at my place of work. Sorry I got involved. Steer clear would be my recommendation.

Our experience with this company has been wonderful from the very first contact. He is easy to talk to, and confident in the way he works with us as the home owners. As we are still in the middle of the job of puttng down laminate, we are very happy with how things have gone. His workmanship is great and if he sees a problem he discuss the pros and cons, and that helps us to make the right decision. Thank you for recommending him to us.

I chose josh griel and rentaguy to look at the project and get back with an estimate. I haven't heard back from the latter, and emailed josh that i couldn't open his file containing his bid.haven't heard back at this point. i'll wait a couple days to hear from them, then contact someone else.
