They were polite and professional

All around terrible experience. Top quality construction was replaced by very low quality materials, many of which are already deteriorating. Exterior walls of the bathrooms that were replaced are now sweating when the shower is run. This has caused the replacement cheap baseboard hot water heater to rust. Doors to one bathroom and a bedroom were removed and reinstalled wrong and damaged to make them close in cold weather. They will not close in warm weather. JG refused to honor their warranty that expired in April. Many more issues. I was approached by the salesman at my place of work. Sorry I got involved. Steer clear would be my recommendation.

As we are still in the middle of the job of puttng down laminate, we are very happy with how things have gone. I chose josh griel and rentaguy to look at the project and get back with an estimate. I haven't heard back from the latter, and emailed josh that i couldn't open his file containing his bid.haven't heard back at this point. i'll wait a couple days to hear from them, then contact someone else.
