Jeremy was extremely helpful, did a great job and went beyond expectations. He was very helpful in a difficult situation with me being an absenti landlord and only communicating by email and iphone with pictures. His front entranceway carpentry repair and painting was excellent. He repaired a 25 year old deck and restained it and it looks great. power washed the house, caulked all the windows, cut down a huge tree and was extremely flexible as to helping me out with the outside of the house. He repaired the bow windows and painted them also

Kitchen - Remodel
He gave us a quote through text. We accepted it. When he brought the contract it was over double the price. He was not true to his word and the quality of his work is not satisfactory. He did not finish and we have to get another contractor. This has been the worse remodeling experience.

"We did a kitchen remodel for her. She accepted the contract but refused to sign it. after 7 weeks, she edited the contract and wanted the job done for almost half of the price I gave her. My advice for other contractors is: do not work for this lady. she will scam you and rip you off."

We were very happy with the work itself, but also were impressed with the great communication with Jeremy throughout.
