Responded within a timely manner to text. Listen, to my problem. I had him install two Google Nest Learning Thermostats. Joe, had to do more then just install thermostats, after a technician reported that it was necessary to change the electrical panel on the system before installation, a job he had no knowledge of. Joe came to the house checked panel and explained why it had to be charged. Made me aware that there were two types of panels and he would work with the inexpensive one, that worked. He also, corrected something we had no idea needed corrected. When our system came on it sounded like a jet engine, I have had the furnace inspected and cleaned in the past by other HVAC techs, and never explained that the air speed should move at a slower speed for efficiency. I notice now the heat doesn't dissipate as quickly. In any event, I got more work for him.

I couldn’t be more happy with the quality service I received from Joe at JG Mechanical! He got in touch with me right away, communicated well and showed up on time. He serviced my gas furnace, replaced my hot water tank, and installed a slop sink in my basement. His work is high quality. He’s courteous, respectful and he’s just a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with. I’ll never use anyone else for my heating and cooling needs.
