I hired this company to repair roof due to hail storm and as an add on to remove and replace fascia boards as a separate job. I have no problem with the roof as it was done timely and well. I do have a problem with the customer service I received to replace the fascia boards. The fascia boards should have been done first but I was told by the salesman that we can wait and do last. I had to call weekly to keep asking when this work will be done. A subcontractor finally came out to do this work and 15 minutes into the job, I find out he is a painter and not a carpenter. The gutters were not removed while trying to replace fascia boards and there is now a small hole in my roof and a corner fascia board that is gone and now waiting for a contractor to come out and do the job correctly. I sensed from the beginning that adding the fascia board work to the roof job was not a good idea and I should have stuck to my gut. I have since tried to have JGP come out and look at small hole in roof and I am done with having to do all the follow up work

They helped us get rid of mold in our bathroom and the paint job was perfect.

I was impressed with the response time of the contractor, but the sub doing the actual work was late, missed appointments, and had to return to the job a week later with the contractor to finish the job. I had ceiling and wall damage due to having a leak in the upstairs hall bath. I was told that the sub would remove approximately 40 feet of the old popcorn ceiling material in the damaged area, apply a Kilz primer to the area, reapply the popcorn ceiling material and repair the walls in my kitchen which were damage due to wall paper removal. He removed very little of the existing ceiling material and applied the new material over the existing material, and the water stains reappeared through the new material. There was a ceiling joint that was damaged, and was to be repaired, which was not touched, and that damage is still visible beneath the newly applied ceiling material, and the rest of the repair is very noticeable as he had to apply so much material to cover the patches he made. He also never did the wall repair and still charged me the $350.00 fee even after I had to pay a paint contractor to repair the wall damage as it needed to be prepped prior to being painted.

Responded immediately to our request for quote. Came to the house and conducted a complete assessment and presented a formal quote. Workers arrived as scheduled. Supervisor was on site both days at the start and finish of work. Very satisfied.
