This Scammer talked me into giving him $8500.00 cash to start the work immediately, but, he spent the deposit I gave him to buy my pavers with on another job. I took him to court, but, he still didn't pay his obligation to the court order. DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAMMER ! He didn't even pay his own workers that started the job. He sounds great when he is trying to convince you to get money out of you. He does this a lot to people all over south Florida. I ended up buying the pavers myself and hiring someone to install them for me. He still hasn't paid a penny per the court order that he is obligated to pay. The court is still working this issue. Again, Do not hire this Scammer !

Big Scammer! DO NOT HIRE! We gave a deposit of 67% over a month ago to Joseph Gilk the owner, no material delivered. No communication, sends our calls to voicemail, and has serious anger management issues. Tried to turn it around as If the client is the problem, but in fact, He is. He finally called and said he would pay us back part of the deposit today and still nothing. We are still waiting for our reimbursement. We reported him to the better business bureau, and we are not going to stop there. I should have known there was a problem when he asked me for 3 checks of $2500 that he cashed out the same day in order to pay his employees or whoever instead of buying our product to install. He is an absolute Fraud.

be very careful with this company, we hired the services of Joseph Gilk who represents this company, we signed a contract with him for the installation of asphalt for the driveway of my house we gave him 50% as required in the contract, to date we never expect it but he appeared until he said he would return the money to us, to date he has not done so, we called him, he does not answer, we have already presented a claim to the court

Be careful, do not pay a deposit until you have something in return, the material of something.
