Arrived on time, had repair done and water back on in half an hour! Very knowledgeable. Got the work done quickly and I was able to go to work and not worry about my water lines. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

John's great. We had THREE sump pumps, one of which was a grinder, in our basement and I wanted to reduce the number and be more efficient. I also wanted our utility sink to drain to the grinder instead of the ground water pump. Not only did it do it quickly, efficiently and effectively, he did it for less than the original quote! I will be hiring him again when we go to install a second bath on the ground floor!

A master plumber is the person you need to do all your plumbing work. JG Plumbing is just that and the piece of mind after the work is done is wonderful.

Very personable and professional, however, requested leaking drain pipe to be repaired and it wasn't. It wasn't on estimate so also my fault but now have to have another plumber come in.

They did great work overall and for the price was an excellent value. My only issue was when they were done and gone I noticed one of my light bulbs was broken and the glass was swept into a dust pan and left sitting in the basement. The chain on my lighting fixture was also broken. There was no mention of them breaking anything which I though was very unprofessional. If I had been told I would not have been angry or upset.

we was very concerned to here of the customers light bulb , we have called him to see if we could replace it , but have not received a call back. we are more then willing to make the customer happy.
