This company did a total tear off and replacement roof on a house of mine on Water Street, Troy, Ohio. It is a very busy street with no parking in the front. They were very prompt to come give us a quote and discuss the color of shingles. When they gave us the bid it was very fair, no price gougging at all. They needed to contact my son so vehicles could be moved for their access to the house-they let him know the night before so he had plenty of time. Their guys showed up as scheduled and worked long hours until it was finished. They cleaned up everything great and did all the new flashing, etc. that was needed. They are fair, honest, and great guys working for them. Definately use this company!!!!

We had JG Roofing do a roof and new gutters on our rental property. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The crew did a great job cleaning up and left the area spick and span. We appreciate the great work! This is the 2nd roof we have purchased from JG Roofing (our house was done 4 years ago with the same service).

I absolutely love how my home looks with a new roof, gutters, siding and windows. The crew that did the roof was great. No complaints at all about them. The siding crew that we sent to my home however, I was not happy with. After speaking with Chris & John about my concerns, they did send a different crew for the windows and another issue. No complaints about this crew at all! This is the first time I have ever needed to use a contractor so I wasn't 100% sure what to expect. John and Chris are both nice and want to make sure everything is done to the customers satisfaction. There were some communication mishaps though that were taken care of. It just took a lot longer than what I would have expected.

Jon and his crew were great. I'm a newer home owner and this is the first time that I've had to plan or do any large project like this. Jon came out explained the whole process, we discussed what needed to be done as far as the roof and replacing the siding on my fascia. He came back with large sized samples so I could better see the colors to pick what I wanted for the roof. The crew was amazingly fast. They had my house, garage and shed done in 2 days and that's with tearing off the old and removing an old chimney. I will definitely be recommending J.G Roofing to other people.

Highly recommend! Jon and his team are friendly, professional and efficient. Jon and Heidi were a pleasure to work with. The crew that put on our roof did an excellent job. Jon stopped out several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The crew cleaned up quickly at the end of each day and did a thorough search for debris before leaving when the job was finished. We could have not asked for a better experience.

Jon really cares about the quality of his work crew. He noticed a couple things, that I didn t notice and is making the needed changes. I think he ll be there if we need anything in the future.

Make sure the workers use their ladder guard to protect your gutters. Noticed the gutters after we settled with the contractor. Left message with them & waiting for a response. Really like that the roof is guarantee lifetime on the shingles & two year on labor.
