Scheduling of the service upon receipt of the County notice was easy and promptly set up. The J&G Septic Service team arrived early to prepare the site. The trucks and equipment were clean (i.e., professional appearance, well-maintained) and quiet (i.e., pump was essentially silent), Pricing is competitive and appropriate to the service provided.

A real person answered the phone! Super responsive to a critical system repair. Did in 5 minutes what others couldn't do in 8 days! Replaced distribution box and header lines, start to finish, in under 6 hours. Hard-working crew. Called back with updates when they said they would. Will never use anyone else for septic service and repairs.

I had J &G Septic Service do the cleaning/pumping my home's septic out. They were great !!! David Thompson was honest, hard working, efficient and friendly, and he did the job very efficiently and correctly, UNLIKE other septic companies who just cleaned the auxiliary tank, and left the main one untouched. David gave me a briefing of what and where he was doing his work. The correct way and so on .... I am extremely happy with their service and price, and I will certainly recommend them to other home owners !!!
