THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO SERVICE MY GENERATOR AND GOT IT RUNNING , BUT OVER THE PHONE I TOLD THEM I ALSO NEEDED A OIL CHANGE. SERVICE MAN DID NOT BRING SUPPLIES TO CHANGE OIL. HE TOLD ME THE OIL WAS A QUART LOW. NOW I WILL HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE A SERVICE CHARGE TO COME OUT AND CHANGE OIL. BUT GENERATOR IS RUNNING AND I THANK THEM FOR THAT,

Quick response. Recommendations for work exceeded what I had planned, but clarified what was needed to upgrade my electrical system for today and the future. The costs appeared fair, although I did not get alternative estimates. The work was done in a timely fashion. Several gliches occurred, but their supervisor acted responsibily and corrected all glitches appropritely. Would recommend the service to others.

More than a little disorganized as to dates and times. Very messy , broke plaster when replacing outlet wires, never advised before or made attempts to limit dust. I was pleased with the personnel who were knowledgable and polite.

The service was prompt and done quickly. It only took about 10 minutes -- which was great. It cost $120 -- not such a good value. Even the service man told me he felt bad charging the standard service fee when it doesn't take so long. $120 wouldn't be so bad; however, the service they performed may only be a temporary fix. It was suggested that the fixture, not the wiring may be the problem. So we paid $120 for something that may not even solve the problem.

We're new home owners and had no idea how to go about fixing our electrical outage issue. We tried trouble shooting and couldn't get it fixed. Within 5 minutes of submitting our request to Service Magic. Al called and was at my home w/in the hour. He gave great advice on what we can do to prevent future electrical issues and was personable and professional. I would recommend this company and Al to everyone.
