Jason and his crew did a great job from start to finish. They showed up on time in the AM and were finished before the end of the same day. This included removal of old and disposing of that unit and installing new. They were very neat and left the job site spotless. Jason followed up with me a couple of times after the job to make sure we were happy. Would highly recommend his company to others without hesitation.

Jason replaced our hot water heater and our outdated oil burn with a floor standing combi-boiler, a job beautifully and meticulously done, just perfect and all for a very fair price. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, I was comfortable with the information, knowledge and level of service provided by Jason and hid installation crew. We post a review on 5/4/2021 for J. Golden for installation of dual A/C unit. I am posting this review because we did not give Jason and his crew the proper justice. Jason and his crew actually installed a Dual HVAC system. We original said a A/C installation. I will repeat they did a â  SUPERIOR JOB â  In the installation of the dual HVAC system â  5 STARS â  !!!!! Hands down!!!!

Project was top notched! ! Able to install the precise dual A/C system needed for our home. Even with parts hard to find due to shortage of supplies during the pandemic, Jason was able to complete the project. Jason and his crew were Friendly,Courteous, and Very Meticulously. We are extremely pleased with the replacement of our Heat Pump by J. Golden. This Company not only gave us a great estimate, but listed the Product numbers of both the condenser and handler that was going to be installed. We received estimates from at least six companies and did a lot of research before making our decision. From the beginning, J Golden felt like the best pick. The Condenser is very quiet, which makes us and our neighbors very happy! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

Super satisfied with the entire transaction! Our water heater was leaking and on its way out on a Sunday . Used Home Advisor track down some options and didn t expect a response until Monday. J Golden called in Sunday afternoon and by the next day a new unit was installed and the old heater was taken away. On time, polite and clean work area. We received an invoice and online payment option later that day. Will definitely use J.Golden again!

Jason Golden is phenomenal in all aspects of the company, from sales, to technician to customer service rep. Jason came out to the house, walked the property, checked out where the units were to be installed and was no nonsense. he did not waste my time with an inflated sales pitch, was knowledgeable of the product and the company that manufactures it. Jason said he would have a quote to me shortly and was true to his word with an estimate of two models emailed that evening. Jason was great on follow up, but did not harass me for my decision. When we booked the job, he was able to set it up and complete it within one week. I did have some condensation leakage which was a manufacturing defect that he seemed to be aware of and had it fixed that week (black Friday...UGGGGG). The guy is a local contractor who is quick to respond, lives in the area and is extremely trustworthy. And finally...for what most people are concerned with...he beat two other quotes decisively (and with a more efficient, higher rated unit). I would definitely recommend him to family, friends and strangers.

Beware, I bought a Geothermal heat pump from Jason in 2012, I have 10-year parts and labor warranty, there has been a warranty problem multiple times over seven years, Jason came out twice in a timely manner when the heat pump acted up the first few years. The last two times it acted up he would not return my phone calls or text messages, I had to go to a different contractor to get the problem corrected. I will say he did give me a good price on the system and the manufacturer only gives a labor allowance on warranty parts replacement, this is no excuse for not returning phone calls.

Very punctual, always answers the phone. Cleaned up and did a follow up visit and did some additional fine tuning as promised. Took his time explaining everything and was very polite. I wil use Jason again in the future. A+

My experience with J. Golden (Jason) was fantastic start to finish. I called for a quote on a new heat pump system. Jason came out on very short notice. My old system wasn't working and I explained the troubleshooting I had performed already. Jason looked at a few other things and provided me a quote for a new system. The quote was much more competitive than the other two I recieved and there was no B.S. or sales tactics. Jason and his guys came out ~1 business day after me giving the go-ahead and they finshed up in quickly that morning. To highlight Jason's honesty, he let me know during install that he could easily re-use an existing part of my air handler base and that he would adjust the quote (down) accordingly. There was good communication (especially for a guy who's actually out working and doesn't have a front office handling his communications!!!), good pricing and good quality work quickly. Can't beat that...

I hired Jason to install my new heater and AC. He did an excellent job and had a good selection of manufacturers to select from. It has been a almost a year since the installation so I have been through a heating and a cooling season and am very happy with the system he installed.
