"We did a big job for Shawn and Debbie. We did a large brick front entrance steps and patio, large paver area, and new concrete sidewalks. Everything we did looks beautiful and I'm extremely proud of it. Unfortunately, Shawn does not understand the simple fact that we cannot alter his sidewalk and turn it into a driveway apron. He lives on a narrow one way street where the sidewalk meets the curb and the curb meets the street. Nobody on his block has a driveway apron. DOT inspection would fail and I would have to fix it. I have pictures to reference. Shawn never spoke about it before we started, I would have told him then."
"We feel bad that Dorcas did not have a good experience with us. We worked for her during the first week of July when temperatures were over 100 degrees. Due to the extreme heat and rain, we did fall behind schedule 2 days. We really tried to go the extra mile for her to make her happy, including rebuilding a large section of her foundation at no extra cost. All of the work we did looks great."
