Project : mow and trim grass They called me back immediately. First cut was good. Second time, they could not locate residence. Grass around edges not cut. No follow-up call in two weeks. Not dependable.

Jay and his family did an excellent job. They were very attentive to their work. Very knowledgeable. Very neat. Very friendly. Would recommend them to all my friends. They're coming back to do my regular lawn service.

Moral of the story don't pay up front until the job is done. Needless to say a lot went wrong and the job is still not complete after payment for services was made. No contact either to rectify the problems.
