We were referred to this company from a local realtor. They responded to our home to look at and give a quote a couple days after we called. They showed up on the scheduled day for repair as promised. They were quick & efficient. The process from the initial call to finishing the repair was smooth. We highly recommend this company.

Jeff and the crew were quick and efficient arranging the messy basement for work and addressing our 100 year old home's major basement water problems in the best way possible. They came on time, actually a little early. They finished in less time than they estimated and the job was done right. They also guarantee their work. My basement is finally dry! Found JH Restoration on HomeAdvisor site - called and Jeff popped over the same day - assessed our problem and we set an appointment - gave me a good price too! Jeff said work would take about 3 hours - he was right on the money. My criteria is simple - all I ask is just do what you say you are going to do. Simple - right? That's exactly what Jeff and his crew did - they were personable, professional, extremely sensitive to keeping the work area clean and free of dust and went over expectation and warranty going forward - would definitely recommend JH Restoration to anyone who asked - my husband and I were very pleased with the result.

These guys did a great job on my exterior chimney restoration project. They were informative of the process to completion. They were easy to get ahold of and thorough with their estimates. Definitely knew what they were doing.

Great job, quick change to early completion due to weather risk, but expensive. If the seal holds during the the winter, then it will be worth the cost & solve our ongoing brick deterioration problem.

This is the absolute best , first class service that you could dream of for house repairs they are excellent at customer service and skills. The bricks look better than they did when I bought my house. I am so pleased with the job and clean up . It turned out better than I expected.. I am overjoyed. Jeff came out to check my basement. He is a very friendly and likable guy. After looking at my basement walls, he pointed out what had to be done immediately and what could wait, but wouldn't pass inspection if selling house. I liked having the options. He also thoroughly explained the process of what would be done to the cracks and mentioned that the work had a life time warranty that would be transferable to the next owner. I was pleased with the two guys that came out with Jeff this morning and did the labor...very neat and courteous. I have been very pleased.

JH Restoration fixed our settling stone outside the front of our home. It had poured earlier in the day and I was not expecting an understandable delay in service due to this. But, when a brief lull in the rain started, Billy was on-site quickly to our surprise. Full repair included replacing stone with additional colored mortar. Billy was ever so kind to point out what the problem was with the settling and noticed it was happening in another area and offered to fix it as well at the same time for an additional sum. We were highly pleased with his expertise and efficient service. Had the job completed, including cleanup of the debris and removal; despite the intermittent downpours with 24hrs. Highly recommend JH Restoration, LLC!

JH Restoration fixed two foundation leaks, one a very challenging crack due to the record setting rain over the past year. The quality of repair work is excellent, and they followed up to make sure that the crack was sealed and the job was done. They are great to work with - professional, friendly, and very thorough in seeing the job to its completion. I'd highly recommend JH Restoration for foundation crack repair. Although the job was more challenging than anticipated, the original estimate was the final cost. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Have used them twice now. Both times they did a great job taking care of a crack in my basement wall. No issues once they got it filled. Liked them so much after the first time I turned to them again when another issue came up.

They were prompt. They did not get all the leaks the first time but came back on a timely basis and finished the job. The basement is now dry.

Fast Service - quick to set up a time. Was ON time. Did the repair thoroughly and without a mess. The repair WORKED - it is the right technology for basement cracks. Price per repaired foot was appropriate and competitive. He called after the next big rain to make sure we were dry! How often does that happen? Hire him - and do it before it rains again!
