I paid $600 up front. They never showed up. They did not answer the phone. They never called me back. I got my $600 back through my Visa card.

I felt uncomfortable, packer was flirtatious to the point were I got my neighbor to come over. They increased the price by 700$ . Driver did not communicate or respond to my calls for 2 days. When driver finally texted me, I was told that a different driver had my belongings on a different truck and he would call me back with the new driver's name and number. Horrible experience. I'd rather walk my belongings across country 1 by 1 than use or recommend them. You've been warned!!!!!!

Not transparent about moving dates. Pricing was transparent, but a bit confusing - I felt I only understood their pricing and insurance policies because I have moved quite a bit before. They also lost some of my furniture (which I still cannot understand) and customer service with J&H directly was really poor... they just kept referring me to their claims department which is an outsourced company. I have moved several times cross-country with other company and would definitely not recommend J&H.

I hired J&H transport to move from Near Morgantown WV to Washington DC under short notice. They were amazing! Very polite and accommodating. They understood and respected the urgency. They helped me finish packing. My furniture was professionally wrapped in blankets and then plastic for protection. I felt safe alone with the movers and I trusted them with my things. I had no issues! This was a wonderful move! I will definitely use this company again and again! Thanks J and H! X

I moved from Alabama to New york and my sales rep was Casey, he was very professional and accommodated all my needs and requests. On the day of the move Chris and Milton showed prompt and ready to work. They explained the process to in which they handled my items. They handled my grandfathers china set like it was their own. Everything arrived in tact and on time. I have already recommended J and H to my work colleague who is moving next month. Thank you again J and H for making my move seamless.

Moved to Texas right after a hurricane. Movers picked up our furniture before the hurricane hit and delivered after the hurricane, we were not sure where our furniture was this whole time. The final amount was double what the original estimate was, I think this is true for all movers. We had the same guys deliver that picked up the furniture. They protected and wrapped every piece of furniture, we were impressed with this. Reaching someone to talk to was really bad. They did help us in a pinch, but it was stressful.

Oscar was the rep. that I dealt with and he was very professional, helpful and courteous. He took the time to explain every detail of the move and the pricing. He went above and beyond to try to help me with dealings from another company that I was having problems with. The guys with the truck were also very courteous and respectful of my things. If you need help with moving I would highly recommend this company.

This is the worst move I ever made in moving. They were not professional. The move had severe damage to furniture and to glassware. Broken bookcases, glass, jewelry case. The price was increased by over four thousand dollars over the original estimate. Customer service was a joke. I can not say anything about them.

I hired J&H Transport Services last week and was very blessed to have these guys! I moved from Ny to Texas. Total professionalism and great manners. Everything they did was perfect! I was very impressed about it. Byron explained everything to me on initial call . I'm planning to move again soon as this is a temp move and I will be going with them again because THIS is what is all about! I will highly recommend them!
