I had heard good things about the company, evidently from significantly larger jobs they have performed. Mine was simple, and that may be the issue. Maybe it wasn't a large enough job to get their full attention. I needed the pressurized tank insert in a toilet replaced. I was quoted $680 for the job. I purchased the insert online for $150 and asked them to replace the old one. It is about a thirty minute job and the charge was $395. If that's what it costs, then that's what it costs. I have no particular issue with the fee. What bothers me is that the repair person left off a 50 cent locking washer and the toilet flush handle is not secured. I texted three times asking for it to be fixed and was assured that it would be handled. It's now been a month since the initial repair. Basically, the failure to fix a very small issue with my low budget repair guarantees that I won't seek a larger repair.

When a job can be done for a third the price every other companies think they can ask for it, I declare an excellent value to quality ratio exists...

Had water backing up in tub called one company in bham they wanted a total of 850.00 to check out problem.Called henderson they came out on time checked my problem run a camera down sewer line and was told by Mr Henderson how to fix the problem myself now that is being honesty and that the first time i have how this to happen to me .They are honest and professional the only plumbing company in bham that i will us and for the great service you should to.

Jay responded quickly to my request and recognized that I was in a tight spot and needed some help. So, he squeezed me into his schedule, was on time and delivered the requested services (replacing a hot water heater) at the price that he quoted on the phone. Really friendly guy who does efficient and accurate work. I would definitely use him again. Highly recommended.

He was here an hour after he called me back and completed the work quickly. Afterwards he gave me some helpful advice to prevent a problem in the future and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Contacted Hoover Rooter on a Friday afternoon and the water heater was installed Saturday morning. Prompt service. Work done in a professional manner. Work site was left clean and old heater was removed.

One man company. Charged less that what was quoted, since no guarantee on the work due to no parts were replaced, since working with an older house and only a temporary fix. He did stop the water leak and gave useful advice. Friendly repairman.

Jay was real friendly and did a great job. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and what he was doing to fix it. Would definitely recommend!
