JIC did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent. They arrived right on time, were very professional, and used an impressive air-blowing tool that cleaned the vent thoroughly without needing to disconnect the dryer. They also cleaned up everything afterward. Highly recommend their service!

I do not usually write reviews, but I had to for these guys. The team at JIC are just incredible. Not only are they professional, but they are friendly, honest and most importantly, they care about their customers. In a day and age where most companies just want to make a quick buck, it is refreshing to find a company who cares more about their work and customer satisfaction than making money.

JIC was prompt in reaching out to me to explain their services and book an appointment for dryer vent cleaning the same week, at a time that worked best for me. I was provided a timeframe confirmation the night prior to service, and an alert when the technician was soon to arrive, via JIC’s text service. I had an electrician already working in the house, so knowing this was very helpful. Erick arrived when expected and explained what he was going to do , and how. An inspection of a crushed vent tube concerned me, so Erick recommended we cut it out and join a new section to the vent. Knowing this is a point where exhausted lint could back up and become a fire hazard was extremely helpful. Erick shared with me photographs and video of the exterior exiting of lint buildup in my vent from outside the house. Impressive JIC could offer me this. Otherwise, Erick was efficient, neat in his work and very personable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JiC to anyone for dryer vent cleaning!

Some people don’t realize how important it is to clean your dryer vents. Mike and his very knowledgeable crew went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this company! The technician was professional and kept the work area neat and well protected. The service call included a roller replacement for a dryer and to troubleshoot an issue with a refrigerator. The technician explained each step if the repair process and was open to answer all of my questions. Both issues were resolved.
