Lack communication in terms of scheduled cleaning time. I had to call to follow up and remind them of appointment. Work quality not worth the money paid for. They cleaned around the furnitures and did not bother to move area rug and coffee table. Check completed job prior to paying company and make sure all work are done properly.

They were very friendly. My couch was covered in territorial markings and my dog was showing her dominance. They removed the smells completely! They also added a refreshner on the couch so now it smells good.

Really nice people. They had some issues with their vehicle and farmed me out to a sub, Waikiki Cleaning. They were great. There were repeated lack of communication and clarity. I liked them, but would hesitate to re-engage.

I got a call they were running late, but actually arrived on time. They were professionally attired, courteous and professional. They steamed cleaned my sectional for almost an hour. It was incredibly clean. I would highly recommend.
