Jose Miramontes of J.I.M. Roofing was responsive throughout the process. He and his guys were professional, timely, thorough, and did quality work for a fair price. He got the permit, showed up on time to do the tear off of the existing roof, replaced necessary underlying wood, installed quality underlayment paper, edge metal and ridge pieces, replaced a cracked skylight, installed the new asphalt shingles, and left the home free of debris, finishing when they said they would. I would definitely hire them again.

It was replacement wood and roofing paper surrounding the chimney. Two others who were asked for estimates wanted to charge 300% more than JIM Roofing charged me. I asked for photographic evidence of their finished work and it was to my satisfaction.

I would highly recommend JIM Roofing. Leon and the team are very responsive, easy to work with, and do quality work. Leon gave me three options along with the pros and cons of each to enable me to make a decision. His team was on time, on budget and worked diligently to get the job done fast. To add to their abilities, I even had a HVAC job that needed to be done and coordinated at the same time. It was an impressive and collaborative job. Job well done.

He started the job when he promised; he finished the job sooner than expected. Since this was a leaking problem and he suggested the the nearly flat portion of the roof needed replacing, I can only completely express satisfaction after a rain or two. Unfortunately we have had little rain in our neighborhood. But all indications are a good job done
