They did not finish by job. Last time I spoke to him was July 1st. he said text me your address and have not heard from him. He is not someone I would call again or refer to anybody

Juan and his team did and amazing job. I used them 2 more times due to the great work and attention to detail. I had them extend a driveway and install to fences.

Last year J I N extended the concrete slab in my back yard. Crew showed up on time and did an excellent job.

Juan and his guys did a great job working around the weather to get the job done. They also found the damage was bigger and deeper than originally thought and gave me options. They had to do more work and cost more but was worth it.

The contractor showed up, gave a quote; however, sent workers who were not attentive to detail or the description on the quote. The workers Left few deck wood slats with nails under the porch, wood pieces on the yard, wasted paint on my lawn. I am not fully satisfied with the professionalism and thoroughness of the workers used for the job. Altogether the contractor is very pleasant person but I would not say they did a fantastic job. I would use again just has to be home to oversee the project.

I really appreciate when a professional comes to my house and try to fix the problem in the simplest and less costly way. Efficiency. That s what o got from JIN. It was a simple task. He fixed that in 5 minutes.

Contacted JIN services for a quote on installing a fence and other work. Juan came out, measured and we agreed to start with some siding, roof, and gutter repair first. Juan and his worker came out the next day and started the work but half way through said they were unable to finish since he needed a longer ladder. So I noticed the work done so far looked good and stupidly thinking that he was trustworthy I paid him the full amount plus added a 20% tip on top of that. He said he would be by in two days to finish the work. Well them few days turned to 2 weeks before I called him and he said he was super busy and would be by the next day. He did not show up so I waited another week before I called him. He said that he was having truck problems but it should be repaired by the end of that week. Well I waited 2 weeks giving him time to repair his truck. Called and messaged him a few times but kept being sent to voicemail and never replied to my text. After 3 MONTHS I finally gave up and realize that I made HUGE mistake in paying him before the work was completed. Only positive thing from this is I realized the type of person Juan is before hiring his company to paint my whole house and install a wooded fence that would have costed thousands of dollars and I probably would of been out even more money. Horrible Untrustworthy Company.

Showed up without prior notification on a Sunday to do the work. Did not clean up after work. Work was not inspected by owner. Had to complete some work myself due to poor communication. Asked for a business invoice and after several attempts and promises he blocked my calls and would not respond to texts or emails.
