We are TRANE,RHEEM and PHILCO dealers and service all brands. In JJ AC we believe in preventive maintenance,that's why we recommend you to check your AC at least once a year to avoid major future expenses.

Other reviews about knowledge, customer service, etc. are true. They are very good at these things. My value for money rating is because they have a markup on parts that is totally out of line. 200-300% markup is the norm and if you don't know what these things sell for, well, your ignorance is their profit. Their service call charge is 1/3 more than others I've used. Not bashing them. Their service tech is experienced, works expeditiously, but will default to "I don't set the prices", if questioned. (Which I'm sure is true, but my advice to management is be realistic with your parts pricing. i.e. $160 for a capacitor??) My advice to home owners is to know what things cost. A simple search of the part number will give you a good idea.

We called them to get a quote for a coil cleaning vs AC replacement. Their response was quick and they showed up on time both times. We decided to replace our unit after the technician inspected our unit. They came as promised two days later and replaced the AC, they were very careful while doing the job, protected the floors while working and also left everything clean when they left. The price was better than what other companies had offered. We're taking half a star because there was a misunderstanding with the AC model which was not handled very graciously on their side but nevertheless it was resolved well and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
