Justin came and looked at our dryer. He told us it needed a belt and would order the parts. The parts took two weeks to get in. He came on a Sunday afternoon to repair the dryer and instead of replacing the belt he replaced the motor. ??? OK. He's the professional. He told my husband we were set for 10 years and if there was any problem to call him. The first time I used the dryer it made a monstrous noise. The second time I used the dryer it didn't work. I contacted Justin and didn't hear back. I texted we'd be happy just to get out money back for the motor. I didn't hear back. We never heard back from him. He basically robbed us of $320.00.

He was responsive on the phone at first. Ordered the part, but I had to follow up a couple times to see when the part was coming in. It finally came in and he came to install it. It took about two hours to install.. During the installation there was a electrical short and sparks that startled him. You can tell he was having issues getting it installed. He finally said it was done and working fine. We wanted to be courteous and didn t check behind him until he left. Instead of having one burner that doesn t work we only have one burner that does work. We called him back right away and he never answered. I called him back the next day and he never answered he texted me saying he was getting a new phone number and he would call me back. He never did. I texted him with no return. I felt he was screening my calls so I called from a different phone number and he answered. When I told him who it was, he hung up on me. That s when I called you.

The technician, Justin was great. Very satisfied with the job.. He cleaned out all the lint, replaced the worn parts and reassembled the machine quickly. Our dryer works like it's brand new. Thanks Justin.

What a great repair experience! Justin called me, made an appointment to repair out very old clothes dryer, got the dryer model number from me, showed up on time, and got straight to work. He quickly identified the problem and had brought the correct replacement part. He then demonstrated that the dryer was working properly. My service couldn’t have been better. Justin is great with communication, arrived when promised. He was able to pinpoint the problem and repair my older washer in record time. When I pulled my washer out, my hoses were in bad shape and the hot water valve was rusted out. I picked up new hoses and a valve, and he also replaced those. Everything was done in a timely manner, and my washer is back up and running like new. I highly recommend J&J Appliance.

Have used on a couple of jobs install and repair. Efficient Courteous reasonably priced. Will use again and have referred friends.
