Make sure the details of the work and the restoration expected are spelled out. I discussed the need for railings on the stoops, but they tried to charge me extra to install them after the concrete had been poured. I didn't pay extra, but they still tried. Overall an outstanding job on the concrete work, and the railings. A small adjacent area had to be fixed and the wrong color cement was used, but they ended up not charging me for the area.
