He did not perform the job. He came to my home on Wednesday and said that he could do the work. We agreed that he would come Saturday morning at 8 a.m. and he stated that he had all the materials. He told me he would call me prior to if he needed me to pick up any supplies. I texted him Friday and asked if we were still good to go for Saturday. He said that we were. On Saturday he showed up around 10:15 with no materials, and reeking of a controlled substance. He acted as if though he did not come prepared, took measurements and told me what I needed. I?m like ok, now what? Then he said I can follow you to the store to get the materials. At this point I am livid. I told him that you said you would call me in advance if you needed me to get anything and you didn?t. We then proceed to Lowes, at which point his vehicle would not start and he was stranded in my driveway for nearly an hour. My neighbors had to help him get his vehicle started. At no time did he ever offer an apology. I would never recommend this company.
