Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
The work on panel upgrade and A/C disconnect switch looks great, no complaints there other than no markings inside panel identifying circuits. However, I requested an inspection to be performed subsequent to the panel upgrade to ensure all work was to code so I don't have any problems later. This was discussed and agreed prior to any work being done. More than a month later no inspection has been performed and after several phone calls no follow calls to me advising status.

"As customer says the work was done very good. We do not have problem pulling permits. But we gave the customer such a discounted price for the job because we were slow and we wanted to keep the men busy. Permit cost was not included in that price. So when customer requested it we requested that you just pay for permit cost and inspections. As I stated to him before if you pay for the permit cost and fees we will be happy to pull permits"

Excellent service at a very fair price. Pointed out and corrected unsafe conditions while here and corrected the problems. Workers were efficient, professional and very respectful. When they left everything was completed to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the work and they left our home neat and clean. They checked and rechecked everything with us. Great Job!!!

Said he would be here within the hour but showed up an hour after that window. Problem was a simple breaker that was tripped (I'm embarrassed to say that for some reason, my regular electrician had it taped, so I neglected to check it) . He was in my home for less than 5 minutes and charged me $75.00. I thought he said on the phone that it would be $25.00 for the service call that would go toward any work that would need to be done. I'm glad it wasn't something major, but thought he could have given me a break on the price since a.) he was an hour late b.) I misunderstood the service charge and c.) minimal work/time was required on his part.

"I told her the service call be $45 . I took the panel cover off and I noticed that one breaker had a tape on it. I want to make sure there was a wire on the breaker so I asked her why was there tape on the wire. She did not know so I proceeded to turn the breaker on and all the power was restored. Note she had guys there laying the floors that could've turn the breaker back on and restore power but she called us for our services so I prorated her for the first hour $30. We are very honest company we do not lie we don't sell jobs that don't need to be done. Like other companies do."

I had my outdated ceiling fixture replaced by ceiling fan with light fixture; everything went well. I like my new fan and the light . The remote switch is also useful. happy with the outcome. Thank you for prompt timing and great work.

Electrician came out on time and told me what the issue was replaced a breaker and followed up with me until PECO was able to come out and replace the meter.
