They did good work on upgrading my electrical panel but their follow up and call back was less than desired which is why I chose another company to do the next project.

I have had issues with my lights and outlet and my electrical furnace would pop the breaker after 3 to 10 minutes. Had furnace company here last year in Jan, Feb, March and told me after $400 repair that I had an electrical problem. Had another electrician come 4 to 5 times with short visits. We've been using space heaters since last January for heat. J&J, fixed a lead in the light that caused the issue with the lights and outlet and the breaker had gone bad to the furnace and they replaced that. And added a new outlet to my dryer. Thank you Steven and Jake. So happy I don't have extension cords and space heaters everywhere.. I will be calling you back in the summer for more work I want done. Well worth the work you did today. I just purchased land for my retirement home. I needed to put my fifth wheel trailer on the property but didn t have RV 50 Amp plug. I talked to Jason one day, and Mike came out a couple days later. Mike installed a full RV pedestal on a 4x4 that he installed, a circuit breaker, electrical box and RV plug. While he was there, I discovered a problem with the well pump and Mike gave me an estimate and came back a couple days later and required the electrical panel in the well house. He did a great job and brought everything up to code. All for what I consider a very reasonable price. I will call them to do all my electrical on my property.

I went to home advisor Tuesday evening, Wednesday I received a call from JJ Electric. They had someone finishing a job in the Indian Trail area and he would see if he had time to stop and fix my breaker issue. Mike stopped by about 2 hours later. He was very professional and replaced the defective breaker. He was very quick and checked the whole system.

Very understanding. If you get Mike you got the best. The wall repair commented on the neat job making there's easier. He's easy to be around a man you immediately like. Upfront and patient to explain.

We hired J&J Electrical after we purchased an older home and realized it required significant upgrade in capacity (from 100 to 200 amps), additional circuits for home office and workshop, and important safety retrofit. From the start Jason listened to our needs and concerns and offered creative solutions to problems. The work crews showed up on time and were very respectful of us and our home. They did quality work, did not try to up-sell, and completed the work on time. I recommend J&J highly.

He replied via Home Advisor on Saturday and made the appointment for Monday. It was difficult to find the problem, but they got the job done and fixed a couple of other outlet and switch problems as well. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with the installers. They double checked with me on many little details to make sure they were doing what I wanted, that i was happy where outlets and conduit were placed.

Mike and his crew were on time to do the work (100 amp to 200 amp panel upgrade)! They were professional and courteous and very knowledgeable! I had a pending home sale which required a new service entrance and panel upgrade along with numerous smaller issues in a hundred year old house. I needed it done ASAP. After sending Mike in the morning to take a look, Jason came out on short notice after work and spent an hour checking out the complications and giving me an estimate. He was the only one out of three contractors I called who gave it much more than a cursory glance. Although I had one much lower estimate, I could not get a straight answer from that contractor as to code requirements. The other was here for ten minutes and clearly was more interested in making bank than doing me right. Jason and Mike obviously knew their stuff and wrestled with how to get the job done right and not drive the cost up. Although the estimate was a bit low, it was in the ballpark. They were able to get on it within a few days. The job passed inspection with not one issue. We will call J&J when it is time to upgrade the electrical system in our other house. Good people. Great company.

Our house inspection indicated that we needed to replace our fuse panel. J & J was knowledgable regarding the problem. They came in and replaced the panel without issue. Nice to know there are still companies out there that show up, do the requested work and not charge an arm and a leg for it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They installed a new 220VAC circuit for me. They were awesome. They were out again today to do some more work. I've used them many times in the past. They are very professional, friendly, they took the time to do things properly the first time and did not complain about working into the evening.
