J & J Home Solutions totally rocked our bathroom remodel. They turned a crusty old shower stall and shelves into a beautiful new tub with tile surround. Jacob and the project manager, John, were a pleasure to work with, clearly aiming to please, and the whole crew was courteous and professional. John pulled me in on a daily basis to show their progress and explain steps he had taken to address any issues that had arisen. He obviously has a lot of experience doing remodels. The communication, customer service, and final results exceeded expectations. Jacob, Blake and the whole crew met every expectation I had in the envisioning, planning and execution of my bathroom remodelling project. They made suggestions and reasonable alternatives as the work progressed, and took time to get it right. Communication between Jacob, myself and the crew was immediate, and without issue. J&J Solutions is on my contact list for future projects.

I hired the company in March to remodel my basement and was told it would take 2-3 months. We are just finishing in December. Everyone was nice until I made the mistake of paying most of the second installment before the work was completed. The finish work, bathroom finish and trim took 5+ months to finish. There was no communication and only one worker finishing the job. When I finally talked to the owner, it was only after he wanted the rest of his money. I expressed all our frustration but he never came by to see any of the problems himself. I really liked Jonathan who had to fix the things that were done wrong or forgotten. If you do hire them, donâ t pay anything until all the work that is agreed upon is done and make sure the estimate has everything you want written out clearly. Otherwise they will quote you for something less than what you asked for.

I recently hired J&J Home Solutions to renovate my kitchen, flooring and walls due to a water leak from the condo above. Jake took the time to meet with me to go over all the details on the construction side and their plan in making this project go smoothly and completed in a timely manner. Their staff was very polite and considerate when communicating daily arrivals, day to day plans and always cleaning up before departing for the day. Kudo's to Jennifer on her home design knowledge and suggestions. She went above and beyond in helping this guy select the best tile color/design for the backsplash, cabinets & knobs, floor design/color and all the final touches to make my new kitchen complete. Updated review: We discovered that they did not paint part of the roof/chimney that we could not see from the ground. I contacted them via text and email many times over a month and fixing it, and no one will get back to me. Original review: Such a great company and they do great work! Professional, quick to respond and get work done, and the finished product looks amazing.

Work was done as quickly as possible in between unexpected snow. Cleaned up and did excellent job with taping and removing.

They painted my house in Eaton and did an incredible job. They started and finished on time which is rare for this business. I couldn t be more pleased.

Jacob was very responsive with all questions and concerns. He really listened to us and our needs and concerns. He has a great crew including Evan - who did a perfect carpentry job, as well as a hard-working sanding, priming and painting crew. We had your usual hiccups, but they were always handled in the very best way. Definitely recommend!

I had a kitchen remodel completed by J & J Home Solutions. I honestly couldn't be anymore happier than what I am. I envisioned my kitchen to look a certain way as I am very particular and they knocked it out of the park. Not only were they professional and timely, the quality of the work they did and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I had them take down a wall to make the kitchen more of an open concept. They installed new tile flooring, replaced my old cabinets, installed a new sink and also did backsplash. They did an amazing job and were very reasonably priced!!

I am in love with my results from J & J Home Solutions. Ever since I bought my home I have hated my dated floors. I finally decided to get them updated. Jennifer helped me pick out floors that helped fit my budget and gave my home a more updated look. I am very satisfied with my results and with how quickly they got the job done. Jacob and his team rebuilt a bathroom for us after it had been gutted due to water damage. They did a great job and went out of their way to work with materials we had on hand as well as finding replacement materials that would work for us. The job was finished on budget and on time. They were professional and did a quality job. I especially appreciated the excellent communication during each phase of the job! I would use them again!
