Josh sent his staff to fix my chimney which had lost its cap and many stones. They rebuilt it and did an unbelievable job. It wasnâ t a small job, the chimney has three flutes and much had to be torn down a rebuilt with a new cap. The job was/is amazing. And the price was much much better than any other estimate I received. We couldnâ t be happier with the work they did. I highly recommend him and he will be doing other jobs for us.

Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
Josh replaced our electrical box and re-wired the whole system with new breakers. He made sure it met the houses needs along with being able to expand. Frankly the old one was a mess and he was able to find every line in the house and safely upgrade our system to handle the house and our needs. His communication was excellent, price was awesome, and his professionalism was perfect. He made sure every light, wire, outlet in the house was safe and he easily figured out every problem we had. I highly recommend Josh for any project you have. Also the project passed the inspection without any issues.

Josh has done many projects for us. This last one was a complete replacement of our boiler system. We had just bought the house in January and have had numerous problems. Here is a list: new water softner, new holding tank, many new valves, work on the old boiler system. We had no heat or hot water, Josh gave us outstanding prices for the work that had to be done. He thoroughly explained every situation and what was needed. He got us a boiler that met the needs of our home, installed it and made sure every aspect of tge new system worked properly. Iâ m disabled and he made sure every shut off valve was where I could reach it without putting pressure on me. Oh yea and the price, which beat anyone elseâ s bid by far. He communicated with us continuously and made sure it was perfect. I highly recommend Josh for any project you have.

Dryer Vents - Clean
I am a 64 year old woman who lives alone. I got a little bit of money back from State Farm after a fire. Joshua Fafard took advantage of me. He took all my money and did not repair my chimney or the porch for which I paid him over 18,000 dollars. I have gone to the police and filed a deposition against him.

Found J&J Plumbing and Heating to purchase and install a gas heaterand the owner Josh showed up did a wonderful job and was very helpful to male sure i knew how to use it before leaving and did a complete walk through with it. Josh was very polite and professional. Over christmas weekend i had a toilet plug in one of my apartments. After calling two local companies i began looking online and reached out to J and J forgetting they did plumbing and heating. After speaking with Josh he said he had a busy schedule but would squeeze me in. Josh was here quickly and was able to help me out for over half the price of other companies. I highly recommend J andJ for your needs. They are there to help quick and very professional. You couldnt ask for a nicer guy very friendly and down to earth guy. Very Disappointed. Took my money. He promise the job will be done before Thanksgiving and he hasn't even started. He left me very upset. My back door doesn't close.
