I hired them to inspect my roof, they replaced a few loose shingles and even a few loose pieces of siding without charging me extra and were nice guys.

They did a fine job the first time they came. Would have given them a +5 rating. After they left it rained like heck and we discovered a downspout was clogged. I pleaded for them to come back and offered to pay for a second visit. They made 2 appointments but never showed up for either one. Now, when it rains I am deluged into my basement window and have no one to help me. I understand that times are tough and business is out the roof, but when I make a commitment I honor it. If other customers are paying me more money, why not just refuse, rather than promising and not showing up. My little cr*ppy job will cost me thousands in repairs.
