I hired Joshua for lawn service, he quoted me a reasonable price for yard cleanup, then talked about him doing more jobs for me, Joshua did the work, the 2nd. job he did for me was at a different address in Atlanta, the city does not allow the branches to be left on the street without a scheduled pickup so I scheduled the pickup for 6/04/20, Joshua agreed to finish the work so I paid him in full I received a call from Joshua and he told me he was not going to complete the work because he moved to a different state

Comment: Do not bring a relative or friend to a job. It was like bringing someone who has never worked before and having them do the job. For two people doing the work, it took a long time and should not have. The furniture being put together was ultimately wobbly and dangerous. I had to hire another handyman to fix the problems. Joshua should have told his worker not to sit on my clean couch because he left a spot. Do not sit on peoples nice furniture while working. If you cannot do a job right, then do not do it at all.

Installers set the appointment time for 9:00. We agreed. They arrived at 10:00 without calling to let us know they would be late. We provided all materials to install new mailbox. They installed it but did not clean up broken concrete and debris in the gutter in front of mailbox. Next, they installed 4 tube bulbs in ceiling light fixture, but could not tell us why the light would not come on. (They did not charge us for this part.) Finally, they left behind a large plastic bucket and never called or came by to retrieve it. They were polite and friendly. We believe they meant well, but their overall lack of attention to detail was obvious.
