MJ home renovations

Them have good service and good service

John and John and their team are very professional, always do the right thing for the project from planning, permitting and inspection. Great work and very detail on each step, most importantly great communication with us on each step. Very helpful, flexible and reasonable to make change on the project.

Very honest and responsible company. They finished all work before deadline and very clean. Great communication skills and they know how to listen.

We hired J J Superior Construction in 2019 and they did a fantastic job. In fact, I wrote an incredible review about them at the time. However, I cannot get them to respond to me to address some minor warranty issues we are having. Specifically, JJ provided us with a 5 year written warranty for their work and I have not been able to reach them for over a month. I have called, texted, and emailed and I get no response. Jack or John, please just get in touch with me and I will ask Home Advisor to take this review down.

Jack and John were amazing and attentive and did an amazing job on our basement. They took our vision, helped us make necessary changes, and then delivered above expectations on the design and quality. Our only issue is that they didn't have a contract for us when we signed, and we were responsible for purchasing many of the larger items on our own, so they weren't included in the price. This meant that costs added up more quickly than we had anticipated. We also had a few communication issues on what parts were were supposed to order vs. them, and then which parts to actually order. I would highly recommend using a detailed contract with them that spells out who has what responsibilities. Still, we are incredibly happy with their work, and would absolutely use them again!

I had a wonderful experience with J&J. They did a beautiful job on my basement. I plan on using them for future projects.

We hired Jack and his team for a basement renovation in our 1920s house. Jack was able to work with our budget and complete the job in a timely fashion. Jack was also helpful in soliciting other services for waterproofing, HVAC, plumbing, counters, and countertops which were all very helpful in completing our project. Jack does a good job of maintaining communication. He also received my sometimes overbearing instruction well with how we wanted things done. Jack and his crew did well to keep our house clean during the renovation. We d hire Jack again.

1. They worked with us on the pricing and stayed within budget 2. Kept our house clean during the construction as much as possible 3. They were on time and out by the time we got back home each day 4. Their results are professional 5. They handled the entire permit process along with the daily tasks 6. They also kept us informed along the way and explained any changes 7. We are going to invite them back to price out other projects around the house

I had few quotes from few different companies, J&J superior worked with my budget, they came to my house they did an amazing work in my basement, the quality of work is great. I can t wait for them to come and do my master bathroom.

First remodeling project I've ever had done. Was nervous because I was unfamiliar with the process but everything worked out great. They are starting my bigger bathroom project this week and I'm very much looking forward to getting started. They did a great job!

Work was done on time very professional

I found J &J to be polite, professional and very reasonably priced. They showed up on time every day and always kept me informed of plans. They had creative design suggestions as well as solutions to unexpected situations that came up. Even one of the final inspectors was singing their praises. I definitely would recommend them.

J & J are hardworking, passionate , very versatile team . Best for the value of money. They take pride in what they do . We are happy with the work done and their commitment to get the job done for us. I would be happy to recommend this team to anyone. Thanks J&J for the great work!

The team of Jacek, and John were professional and the price was very reasonable. Not only was my basement completed in five days. They were always able to take my call no matter what question I had. I really appreciate the politeness and the professionalism of this company. Not only I am so satisfied with the project , I am recommending this team to my other colleagues and friends. Jacek is the best and they belong on HGTV. thanks again !!!

yes he good

These guys are fantastic, top notch, I can't say enough as far as recommending them. They were there all day every day from start to finish. We're going to use them for our next project as well, there's no need to shop around.

They showed up on time, they completed the project on time, they accommodated changes to the project partway through with a minimum of additional charges. We had a small problem with the plumbing that we both missed in our final inspection. They came back the next day and remedied it immediately.
