Provided excellent care to our carpets - especially areas where our cat had urinated. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly!!! Drove from Bloomington to Hastings for free to get a small residual spot on a rug. I was very impressed with their customer service and will certainly use them again!!!

Eugene and Brian did a great job. They told me up front how much it would be. When I added a room they were fair. We ended up getting 5 rooms and stairs done instead of just 3 rooms. They did a nice job and were very nice to work with. I had one room that had terrible rusts/pet stains. A couple spots didn't fully come out but after they dried some, I used vinegar and water over them again and now they look really good (stains can rise once the rug starts to dry, I've been told). They got the smells out great! I definitely use J and J again. All the carpets look really good now. I had a good experience as compared with other companies I have used in the past. They even got under 3 of my couches and I was able to get a lot of papers, etc. that had fallen there. They cleaned those areas too! Great job! See you next time.

Hired to clean all the duct work, vents and furnace. Shocked to see how dusty the ducts were. Highly recommend this company and I will hire them back. Wish I could post the before and after pictures.

My Saturday appointment was pushed back to Sunday at 10 and they didn't get there until 1130. I have no idea how good of a job was done because I didn't see any evidence. The guy was nice but for my $370 service seemed to be very quick and I have no idea how much if anything was actually cleaned.

Vendor was prompt, professional and did a great job cleaning my carpet. I will use them again next time I need my carpet cleaned

He and his partner were courteous, friendly, professional and did a great job. In addition, he was willing to negotiate the price for his service with my me and my realtor.

I called J&J Total Floor Care on short notice and in a pinch. They made an effort to help me out, even though they were busy. The work was high quality for a very competitive price, but the customer service, courteousy, and professionalism of the tech, Eugene, was what made J&J superior to anyone else! I will absolutely use their services again!
