J & J Tree Care

The work done in Oct was good, but they took the final payment from my husband before completing the work. They have said it is their fault but have made numerous promises to come back and have not done so. They do not reply to messages or phone calls. No integrity at all. My husband is disabled and they took advantage of him.

My river lot had been run over by weeds and sumac trees. We were prepping for my son's wedding which was taking place at the river. J&J cleared the area quickly and had the river lot looking beautiful for the wedding. Our guests could actually see the river and the trees on the opposite bank. Wish I could attach photos for everyone to see.

This job was to help us save 4 trees, not tree removal.Only negative was that they would give us a time when they would be back the next day but then were always late. They did not call or if they did call it was significantly later after the time they said they would be here. On a positive note, they were very knowledgeable and expert, did the treatments quickly and thoroughly and spent the time giving me detailed instruction of what I needed to do and not do. They are good honest and hardworking people. This was the first time I used Angi's list/Home Advisor to hire someone and I was impressed

J&J responded promptly in the aftermath of a large storm that took down a LOT of trees. They gave an excellent price, excellent service, and restored my business to where I needed it. Highly recommended!
