The carport was originally scheduled to go up in Texas. Due to unfortunate guidelines, we had to change the construction location to Oklahoma. The original size was 24x24, when completed in Oklahoma it measured 25x30. Large limbs had to be cut from trees. Also contracted J and J to build us a gate for our driveway. It is too short. The contractor drilled holes in the latch so we are able to lock.

Repair and paint wrought iron fence and replace cedar wood fence. EXCELLENT JOB. Fair price. Got quotes from 3 contractors. JJ Welding and Fencing price was competitive. Materials and all workmanship met or exceeded expectations. Examples: (i) JJ?s repair and preparation of wrought iron fence included careful sanding and grinding to remove all rust; (ii) repairs were pre-painted with primer; (iii) hand painting rather than spraying resulted in thicker paint coverage and zero mess; (iv) without additional charge JJ raised fence sections that had bottom rail touching dirt/grass, to prevent future rust; (v) project included painting mailbox front but since door was rusted/damaged JJ purchased and installed new mailbox door without additional charge; and (vi) JJ made metal frames for 2 cedar wood fence doors, to prevent future sagging. We had the same wrought iron fence painted by a different contractor about 7 years ago; that contractor made a huge mess and required constant attention to get the job done right. JJ was just the opposite; JJ required no oversight. JJ gets our highest recommendation.
